Terry's TMG Tips Terry is a long-time TMG user and his site is filled with helpful advice on using the program. TMG Tips This site by Lee Hoffman, another long-time TMG user, is a good resource for those using TMG 4.0d or earlier. John Cardinal's Home Page John's site contains links to his three TMG companion programs: Second Site (a genealogy Web site builder for use with TMG); TMG Utility (a free program for making changes to your TMG database); and On This Day (a free anniversary and calendar tool for use with TMG). GenSmarts GenSmarts is a general genealogy utility program that analyzes your TMG data (directly, no GEDCOM or other export required) and provides research suggestions. GenSmarts functionality is built into the current TMG version; this link provides information on the full program. PathWiz! PathWiz! is a TMG exhibits management tool. The program works with TMG data directly. MudCreek Software This site offers two genealogy utilities. GENMatcher finds duplicates in your genealogy data or compares two separate files. GENViewer lets you view and analyze your own data or a separate file. Both programs work directly with TMG data. GedStar PRO This is a program for viewing your genealogy data on a PalmOS handheld and works directly with TMG data. Pocket Genealogist This is a program for viewing your genealogy data on a PocketPC handheld including the PocketPC, PocketPC Phone Edition, Handheld PC/Pro, and Handheld PC2000. The Advanced version reads TMG data directly. Map My Family Tree This program creates a map showing where everyone in your database was born, lived, and died. You can customize the resulting map, track migration routes, print the map, filter the data shown, etc. The program reads TMG data directly.
