Sun Country TMG Users' Group Bylaws Membership Membership of an individual or family can be revoked at any time based on a majority vote of the Officers. If a membership is revoked, the membership fee paid is forfeited to the Sun Country TMG Users' Group. Meetings Meeting Handouts Guests attending a meeting who wish to have a copy of the handout can join the Sun Country TMG Users' Group or pay a $25.00 fee for the handout from that meeting. Any funds from the sale of handouts to a guest will be deposited to the Sun Country TMG treasury. Sun Country TMG Officers The next year's slate of officers consisting of Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Administrator will be voted upon during the December meeting and installed at the January meeting. The vote will consist of a majority vote of the members present at the December meeting. Records are to be turned over to the new officers during the month of January. Duties of the Officers: President: Will preside over all the meetings and oversee the general administration of the Group. Vice-President: Will preside over meetings if the president is not available. Will coordinate and oversee the annual fall Velke Workshop. Is responsible for scheduling and organizing presentations for the monthly meetings. Is the president-elect for the next calendar year. Secretary: Will take and record the minutes of each meeting. Will take care of all correspondence upon the behalf of the Group. Treasurer: Is responsible for maintaining a record of all income and expenses for the Group. In addition, the Treasurer is responsible for dispersing any funds required to satisfy any of the Group's debts. Responsible for the monetary records of any workshops/seminars or the like sponsored by Sun Country TMG Users' Group. Will present a monthly report at each meeting regarding the financial status of the Group. Will prepare an annual budget. Membership Administrator: Will collect dues and maintain all membership records, including a current list of members. Will turn over any membership monies to the Treasurer on a timely basis. Past President: Will act as an ex-officio officer and will make themselves available for consultation and help as needed. May be asked to take over any office for the remainder of the year if any elected officer finds it necessary to resign or cannot complete their term of office.
