No refund will be given for missed or cancelled meetings. The cost of meeting refreshments (if any) will not be taken from the Sun Country TMG treasury.

Meeting Handouts
Members attending a meeting are entitled to any handouts distributed at a meeting. Members are also entitled to handouts from previous meetings if they are available. These handouts are prepared by the presenter at their own expense, and contributions are encouraged to help the presenter defray the cost of copies, etc. Such donations will go directly to the presenter/preparer and not pass through the Sun Country TMG treasury.

Guests attending a meeting who wish to have a copy of the handout can join the Sun Country TMG Users' Group or pay a $25.00 fee for the handout from that meeting. Any funds from the sale of handouts to a guest will be deposited to the Sun Country TMG treasury.
